We offer same day delivery for orders made before 4pm. Upon check out, you’ll be asked to include the delivery timings provided.
• 1 - 3pm
• 3 - 5pm
• 4 - 9pm

We provide free delivery for orders above $180 and for any orders below that, you’ll be charged $10 for the delivery fee.

Orders are typically dispatched within a couple hours after we receive them.

If you have just placed your order, please advise us immediately of any changes that need to be made. We will endeavour to do our best, but we may not be able to make the change if your order has already been dispatched.

Depending on how soon you get in touch with us, we may be able to accommodate this – we will always try our best but cannot make any guarantees.

Our courier companies will usually get in touch with us first if something (rarely) breaks in transit, in order to get your products to you quick smart we will arrange for a replacement order (providing stock availability) to be sent to you.

You will be notified of the new tracking number once the replacement parcel has been dispatched. If you parcel arrives to you broken, please get in touch with us as soon as possible for us arrange appropriate replacements.

We take every care to ensure this doesn’t happen, but please contact us immediately if something isn’t right and we’ll do our best to come to a mutually agreeable solution.

We are currently only shipping within Singapore.

All non-essential staff are working from home and handling your orders remotely. Staffing levels have been reduced to an absolute minimum across the business and we are enforcing strict measures relating to person to person contact and the regular cleaning and sterilisation of any shared areas and equipment.

All orders can be placed via the website, over the phone or via email so our customers can continue to enjoy the finest beverages in the comfort of their own homes.

Fulfilment times are currently unaffected, and our couriers are running their usual service.

Due to the nature of our products, we require a signature on delivery and in some cases photo and age identification (18+) might be required.

Yes, in some circumstances we can (location dependant), please get in touch with us via deliveries@selects.sg for stock and delivery options. Some handy things that are worth including in your enquiry that we’ll need to know are: name, contact details, number of guests, product preferences and budget.

At SELECTS we sell high quality brands of alcohol so when you place an order you can be confident that you’re getting exactly what you're expecting.

Because we already offer the best prices, we are unable to accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the items we’ve delivered.
